I went on a trip and everything here was excellent. It was a great and fab location close enough to the beach as well as shops and restraunts. Again, the hotel was 10 minutes by car from Forrest Little Golf Club...

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The 2 bed Apartment was spacious and had a lovely balcony with access from both the lounge and master bedroom. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Dolphin Square with all facilities at hand. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even providing a grab rail in the shower for my disabled husband and arranging a last-minute airport transfer. The building also had a lift, making it convenient for us. a great experience!
The only improvement I would suggest is to have more variety of food for breakfast.

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including the beach. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. the pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of activities. We also enjoyed the lovely views from our balcony.
The Wi-Fi was not available, which was a bit inconvenient for staying connected.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel's general areas. The lobby was beautifully furnished with comfortable chairs and elegant decor. It made me feel like I was staying in a high-end establishment. The accessibility for senior people was also remarkable. There were ramps and handrails throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
I would have loved to have more organized activities or entertainment specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings where we could meet other senior travelers.

Spacious and cool rooms, private and quiet, close to the beach, grocery stores nearby. A washing machine with a 30-minute wash cycle. TV with English movies and shows available via USB. Shops and restaurants open late, friendly people, safe area to walk around. Lovely pool with shade tree and comfortable loungers. Great location, hot water.

We had an amazing time staying in this apartment complex. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. the beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts at Sahill Cafe on our way there. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the apartment itself was spacious and had a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. the bedrooms had great air-conditioning, which was a huge plus. We also found a market nearby for all our shopping needs.
That the sockets near the shower were a bit inconvenient, but it was a minor issue compared to all the positives.

Amazing apartments with incredible staff! The location couldn't have been better - close to everything! The staff, especially Irfan, went above and beyond during the earthquake, making sure everyone was safe and comfortable with chairs and water. Their quick response and care were truly appreciated.
Although the apartments were spacious, the furniture was a bit worn out and rickety. The shower enclosure could have been cleaner, and there was only one toilet in our two-bedroom apartment, which was a bit inconvenient.

Central location with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. The apartment was spacious, cool, and private, providing a comfortable and quiet stay. The availability of a washing machine was a convenient addition. Despite the TV channels being mostly in Turkish, we found entertainment through USB plug-ins. The area felt safe and the locals were friendly. The hotel pool provided a refreshing spot to relax. Grocery stores were conveniently close by. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including installing a grab rail in the shower. we had a comfortable stay with all the creature comforts.
The apartment could benefit from some maintenance and TLC. The initial confusion regarding the assigned property was a bit frustrating.

We stayed at a spacious and light 2-bedroom apartment at Royal Residences. the location was amazing, and we had a big balcony with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom. The apartment had hot water available, and the £20 charge for a delayed checkout from 12pm to 5pm was reasonable. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 😞.
